Hi folks! Got a few quick updates. FOOD As of right now, we have two full dinners covered and the bagels/muffins for three days' worth of breakfast. We could still use some items like Tuesday's dinner, Tuesdays breakfast, some boxes of cereal, bread, lunchmeat and cheese, PB &J, etc., fruit for snacks (apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries, etc.) and veggies (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, etc.) that could be used for snacks or portions of meals. We could also still use some drinks. We will have two jug coolers for water and gatorade, but will need some things like Orange juice, milk, etc for meals. Please check the Camp Food Signup page and let me know what you would like to provide. WAIVER and CHECKLIST Please make sure that your all athletes arrive at 11AM to the high school, with their signed waiver and camp fee ($150). Cash or check is fine. Checks should be made out to EHS Cross Country. Also, please make sure they have packed the necessary items from the checklist, and put the checklist in their bags. It is useful to have it to check off on Wednesday night/Thursday morning as we pack up. Unfortunately, the dates do not appear to be working out to set up a car wash. Just a short summer, and a lot of things happening in a short amount of time. I will keep trying though, and maybe we can get one in over the next few weeks. |
