At this point, I am posting any meet info sheet I receive from the schools we go to on our Meet Schedule page. If you click on the name of the meet, it will take you to the full info sheet. It has the meet schedule and all that kind of info.
For this weekend, we have a few things to make sure we all know. - The bus leaves at 6:30 from behind the Elementary School. In previous seasons, we have left from IGA, but this year it has been arranged for to leave from behind the Elementary school.
- The meet is in CRAWFORD COUNTY NOT CRAWFORDSVILLE! It is two hours south. If you go to Crawfordsville (which a parent a couple of years ago started to), you are headed an hour or more in the wrong direction. For directions go to the Meet Schedule, and click on the location of the meet. The Google Map with a Pin Drop will actually give you an option to send the directions to your phone.
- After the meet we go down to the Overlook. It is a restaurant that looks over the Ohio River. Meals are typically between $10-15, so $20 should be good for all meal and tips. Parents, you guys are more than welcome to join us there. I call ahead and let them know that we are coming, so they can prepare for a group, so if you want to join us please let me know.
- We should arrive home between 3:00 and 4:00. I will have the kids contact you for rides when we are hitting Bedford, so you have plenty of time.
- Bailey will be performing at the Fall Festival at 4:00, so she will be leaving right after her race. Hopefully, if we get back in time, we could jet down there to see her perform. :)
