Man, did this school year get here fast. Our group has done a fantastic job with their training thus far, and has started to see significant gains the past few weeks. To keep this train rolling we need to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- I know the first week of school was tough to have a parent meeting, and no one was able to make it to the all-sports meeting this past Wednesday. We are required to hold a parent meeting though, and I would like to do it right after practice on Monday. I know it may be tough to make it for some, but please do try. We would like to get all the signups and all that taken care of and also make sure all the schedule stuff is squared away.
- We unfortunately are not going to run the Black and Red Race as previously planned. Schedule just is too tight, and honestly I can not spread myself any thinner to pull it off.
