3:45-Team member arrival time at EHS Athletic Doors (we need to load all the gear, including water coolers) 5:00-Team Check In 6:00-Girls Combined race (no separate JV race, they all will run together) 6:40-Boys Combined race (no separate JV race, they all will run together) 7:45-High School awards. We will try to load the bus as much as is practical, prior to the awards, so that we can leave as soon as they are done This should put us getting back home sometime between 9:00 and 9:30. We will have the kids contact rides when we are about 25-30 minutes away.
