Some folks were asking about the mileage totals this week, so I wanted to give you a heads up where I see everyone right now. The following i a list of training groups, and what their mileage totals should be for week 5, for week 6, and then what I expect we will be doing on week 7 when we get back from Moratorium Week Group A: 35-40 on 6 days/wk; 40-45 on 6 days; 45-50 (7 days would be ideal). Group B: 30-35 on 5 or 6 days; 35-40 on 5 or six days; 40-45 days, on six or seven days Group C: 30 on 5 or 6 days; 35 on 5 or six; 35-40 on 6 days Group D: 25 on 5 days; 30 on 5 days, 35 on 6 days Group E: 20 on 5 days; 25 on 5 days;; 30 on 5 days Please get me your mileage totals from weeks 1-4, if you have not done so already. Rest if you are feeling an injury... not just feeling a little sore, but if you are genuinely feeling an injury. |
