No official practice on Friday

Due to planning for camp coming up, I will be taking Friday to prepare.  This is unfortunate timing, since this is an important workout for our progression, but this workout will need to be done on your own.  Parents, please help make sure it gets done. Some of the team members have decided to meet on their own at the high school during the regular practice time.  

Friday workout:
2mi wmup and dynamics. Do a few strides to get HR up before starting actual workout.
4x1mi on a safe, flat course.  (Could be done on the track too).
***PACE TARGET:  Your VO2 2mile time, divided by two.  Run that pace, and rest that much between reps.
1-2mi cooldown and elevate legs, then stretch.
