Nutrition document updates

There are two new documents added to the Team Documents page.  One is a food suggestion page from Kathy Weller.  She pulled the info from the sports nutritionist who came to speak with the spring sports athletes/parents this past track season.  The other is a revised milk donation list.  It just includes some details regarding the actual dropping off of the milk.  (good suggestion Kathy).  

If you have other info you think is good to be posted here that would help keep this thing running like a well-oiled machine, please dont hesitate to get in touch with me.
