Post Martinsville Workout

The workout to do on your own this weekend is a recovery run, one set of the preventive routine, and a good stretch session.  Recovery run miles should be between 5 and 7.  Top group should be hitting seven, newer runners hit 5.  Prepare for a tough week that will help us take the next step.  it begins with some key VO2 runs on Monday.  

Great job today by all.  Celebrate it. Enjoy it.  But  stay hungry Mustangs!  Know that we still have a lot of improving to do, and the time we have to work with is starting to get smaller and smaller.  Each day between now and the WIC meet is a chance to improve in some way.  Make sure you are doing the necessary things (even the little ones) to keep yourself healthy and to keep improving.
