Starting tomorrow (Monday the 28th) we start practicing from 2:30-5:00. Once school starts in a week, we will be running at this time of day, and it is beneficial to get our bodies used to doing it over the course of this week. However, most of our big meets are Saturday mornings, so it would be beneficial to keep those weekend workouts as morning runs. Again, starting tomorrow (Monday the 28th) we start practice at 2:30. |
