Weekend workouts

For the final weekend before camp, here are the things that you should keep in mind. 

Group A: 50
Group B: 45
Group C: 40
Group D: 35
Group E: 30

Use the runs this weekend to help meet those targets.  It would be ideal to have a Saturday recovery run of 5-7 miles (depending on which group you are in), and then have Sunday totally off.  If you end up needing to run on Sunday to hit targets, just ensure that it is a light, easy run. (Conversation pace).  

Dont forget to complete your logs so we can jump right into things on Monday morning, without having to wait on people to do that.
