Wrapping up the week

Just a reminder to bring your logs Friday.  Dont forget your logs!!

And get watches...PLEASE get watches!  We need to be keeping track of both distance and times on runs/workouts.  Next week the workouts get a little bit tougher, and we will start looking at where each of you stands as far as a pace is concerned.  We can only develop a solid training plan if you are aware of your pace.
