CHOCOLATE MILK SIGN UP SHEET  
We like to use chocolate milk as a post workout recovery drink.  If you want to help us with that, you could sign up for a week to provide the milk and syrup (or premade chocolate milk).  Click on the document link below, and type your name on the week you want to cover.  Just send it with your kid to school, or bring it to me at the Edge, or bring it in after practice one day, and we can get it in the fridge.


A nice tradition that has developed with our program is a weekly pasta dinner.  This is a good time for the kids to get together, share a good meal and some fellowship, away from the rigors of our daily practice schedule.  Dinner is often followed by a movie, but does not always have to be.
